American Home Title Agency is located in Southern New Jersey in Marlton, Burlington County. We are licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Florida and New York. We can also service every other state in the country through an affiliation with one of our underwriters. American Home is an Agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance and Fidelity National Title.

American Home Title Agency has over 35 years of experience in the Title and Mortgage Industry. We have experience as independent searchers, examiners, all closing procedures as well as post closing procedures, including final policy and HUD preparation. This means every job throughout the process is handled by seasoned experts. We also have experience in the mortgage business giving us real first hand insight on what our clients expect of a quality title agency. Our mortgage experience helps us understand the time and commitments you must give to each customer not only to gain their business, but in addition, gain their trust. American Home has put all of this experience under one roof to give our customers a “Top Notch” experience which is second to none.
